Privacy
This notice explains how we process information when you visit ETFtracer or contact us, and what we do not collect.
Effective date: 2026-07-16
Scope
This notice covers the ETFtracerwebsite (the "Service"). It describes the information processed when you browse the site or send us an email.
Information we do not collect
We do not require an account or accept payment, so we do not collect registration credentials, profile data, or billing information. We do not run advertising or ad-tracking pixels, first-party analytics, or tracking scripts.
Information collected automatically
When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider receives standard technical information needed to serve the request, such as your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, and we do not use it to build individual visitor profiles.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your browser stores a small piece of information locally on your device to remember a display preference, such as light or dark mode. This value stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Third-party services
The Service is hosted on Vercel, which processes website requests and associated technical information to provide and protect the hosting service, under its own privacy notice. See the Vercel Privacy Notice for details about its practices.
Requests made by the Service's market-data pipeline to retrieve ETF pricing and reference data do not include any personal information about site visitors.
Data retention
Email inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve follow-up questions, and meet applicable legal obligations, and are deleted when no longer needed. Technical request information is retained according to our hosting provider's standard practices.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
You can clear your locally stored display preference at any time through your browser. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or delete personal information that we control, such as the contents of an email you sent us. Other rights may apply under the law where you live. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request before acting on it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the Service or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised notice is published.
